The department comprises of 08-beds including all the necessaries machinery medical instruments Emergency operation theatre with a recovery room, Male examination room and a Treatment room. Central Oxygen points, wall mounted blood pressure apparatuses, suction machines and crash trolleys along with all necessary equipments and accessories are available in the wards for patient care. The department is fully air conditioned and has a comfortable waiting area for attendants in the reception area.

Medical Officers and Consultant cover from all the other specialties are available round the clock. There is excellent back up services of diagnostic facilities provided by the Departments of Pathology and Radiology. We receive and treat on an average more than 200 causalities in 24 hours which include major road traffic accident, stab wounds, gunshot, poisoning, abdominal pain, chest pain, Obstetric problems etc. Non- affording patients are provided free treatment which is paid from the generous donations raised by the trustees and philanthropists.

A trauma center is a hospital equipped to provide comprehensive emergency medical services to patients suffering traumatic injuries. Trauma centers grew into existence out of the realization that traumatic injury is a disease process unto itself requiring specialized and experienced multidisciplinary treatment and specialized resources. The never-sleeping emergency and trauma departments are required to maintain top quality care at record speed for patients and need to be ready for any emergency
